3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate information about the services you require, be present or make arrangements for the professional to access your property, treat all professionals with respect, and pay for services as agreed.

4. Professional Responsibilities

As a service professional, you agree to provide services as described, maintain appropriate licenses and insurance, treat clients with respect and professionalism, and honor agreed-upon pricing and schedules.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Skili AI charges a service fee for facilitating connections. Pricing for services is set by the professionals and displayed clearly before booking.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skili AI acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality of services provided by professionals. We encourage clients to review professional profiles and ratings before booking.

8. Changes to Terms
